Terms & Conditions – Salesbird Apps

By downloading or using any Salesbird mobile application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of App

Our apps are designed for their intended purposes as described in the App Store. Some apps may provide fitness, productivity, or other functionality. Always use apps responsibly and consult professionals when appropriate (e.g., doctors for fitness apps).

2. Intellectual Property

All app content and design elements, including logos, user interfaces, and functionality, are owned by Salesbird and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. In-App Purchases

Our apps may offer in-app purchases to remove ads, unlock premium features, or access additional content. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law or Apple's refund policy.

4. Subscriptions

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancellation: You can cancel subscriptions anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trials: If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Refunds: Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's refund policy.
Price Changes: Subscription prices may change with notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Advertisements

The free version may display third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content or reliability of third-party advertising.

6. Account and Data

Some apps may require account creation for subscription management or data sync.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Data backup and recovery policies vary by app - check individual app settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of our apps. Use all apps at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the app or subscription.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our apps
Use apps for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to bypass premium features without payment
Share account credentials with others

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our apps for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Salesbird operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
